### Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged by hand within **2-3 business days** of payment confirmation. During peak periods or traditional Chinese festivals, processing may extend to **5 business days**. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We ship worldwide from our studio in China using tracked international postal services.

### Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's journey. Please allow **5-7 days** after shipment for tracking information to show movement, as international scans can take time to update.

### Packaging
Each talisman scroll is carefully rolled and secured in a rigid cardboard tube with protective padding to prevent bending or moisture damage during transit. The outer packaging is plain and discreet — no spiritual or religious markings on the exterior.

### Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT charged by your country's authorities.
- These charges are the **sole responsibility of the buyer** and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- We declare items as "Handcrafted Paper Art" or "Cultural Craft Item" with accurate value for customs purposes.

### Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking shows **no movement for 30 days** (or 45 days for remote regions), please contact us and we will initiate an investigation.
- If a package is marked as **delivered** by the carrier but not received, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. We cannot be held responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

### Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within **6 hours** of ordering.
